PART TWO: out of order but it happens. I don’t make money by any means. I live at home and just spend money all the time and one day my family will have to restrain my credit card hand. Especially the film-oriented-credit-card-hand which is just an endless money-needer. So no I do not make a living with photos! Not even remotely close. But this is not just because I can’t (though I’m sure I can’t) but also I’m scared of doing the sort of things you need to do to make money off of photos. Like shoots with different people who aren’t Aviva or weddings or anything not within my comfort zone which is tiny! And there’s only so much money you can make off of prints (=very little for little unfamous people like us).

Aviva also doesn’t make money…the two of us together are just useless contributions to the world. But we make art!
